Spatial Alphabet

WHO WE ARE — EST. 2019 — 32.9346° N, 97.2517° W

Surveyors of a simple idea: get it right the first time.

Spatial Alphabet exists because the industry normalized rework. We built a company — and a dual-shore delivery model — around refusing to.

A1 — THE ROUTE SO FAR

A surveyed route, not a highlight reel.

  1. WAYPOINT 012019

    Incorporated in Texas

Spatial Alphabet is founded in Keller, TX by leadership with nearly two decades of GIS and engineering design programs behind them — and one conviction: rework is a process failure, not a cost of doing business.

  2. WAYPOINT 022021

    Services expansion

From geospatial data services into engineering design, BIM modeling, and application development — one QC protocol carried across every new discipline.

  3. WAYPOINT 032023

    Hyderabad ODC scale-up

The offshore development center in Hyderabad grows into a full production floor: trained teams across GIS, PLS-CADD design, Revit, and AI annotation, working as one shift-extended team with Texas.

  4. WAYPOINT 04TODAY

    One team, two shores

Seven years in, the model is proven: US-facing leadership, Hyderabad execution at scale, and a first-time-right record our clients audit for themselves through pilot programs.

A2 — OUR LEADERSHIP

~20 years of programs where wrong data has consequences.

Our leadership earned its standards on programs where an error surfaces as a field crew at the wrong pole, a permit rejected, or a boundary dispute in court. That is the bar every Spatial Alphabet deliverable is held to — regardless of which shore produced it.

A3 — MISSION, VISION & VALUES

What we're here to do — and how we do it.

MISSION

To be a trusted leader in IT-managed services, empowering businesses to achieve their goals through innovative technology (Geospatial, Cybersecurity, and AI), seamless support, and comprehensive solutions.

VISION

To deliver reliable, innovative, and customized IT-managed services that enable businesses to thrive in a digital-first world.

CORE VALUES

01

Employee Well-Being

Our people come first — a healthy, supported team is what makes first-time-right delivery repeatable.

02

Honesty

Straight answers on scope, timelines, and fit — even when the honest answer is no.

03

Integrity

We hold every deliverable to the same standard, on both shores, whether or not anyone is watching.

04

Teamwork

US leadership and Hyderabad execution operate as one accountable team across every engagement.

05

Accountability

We own the outcome. QC evidence travels with every deliverable, and we stand behind it.

A4 — THE DUAL-SHORE MODEL

US leadership sets the standard. Hyderabad executes at scale.

  • Structured end-of-day handoffs

Standards flow one way; questions flow the other. Production never guesses at intent, and your program moves while you sleep — an 11.5-hour offset turned into a 24-hour work cycle.

A5 — LEADERSHIP TEAM

The people behind the protocol.
